Shop Policies

I no longer provide international services or shipping in my shop. Please use a USA proxy for any orders you may place. 

Refunds/Exchanges:

I do NOT accept refunds, cancellations or exchanges on any orders because of buyers remorse or any other reason. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible and we can try to work something out under special circumstances.

Pre-Orders: 

Preorders can take anywhere from 3-8+ months to produce depending on the complexity of the design and manufacture being used. If you're unhappy with the wait time, I would recommend buying the item once it is in stock.

Please do NOT purchase in-stock items with preorders, it will result in longer wait times. I will ship out your order once all items are in hand if this happens.

By placing multiple preorders together, you will most likely increase your wait time as different preorders are in different stages of production. I will not ship them out until all preorders are in hand.

Combined Shipping and Address Changes:

I will NOT combine orders so make sure you get everything you want in one cart to avoid paying additional shipping fees. If I do combine your orders PER YOUR REQUEST, I do NOT refund excess shipping costs due to the fact that bigcartel charges ME a few to do so, so I loose money! So I don't combine orders, it also makes making mistakes ten times easier to do.

I will happily change your shipping address if needed. Please contact me via email about address changes along with your order number.

Processing Times and Shipping:

Processing times can range from 1-3 weeks unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Shipping time can range from 3-6+ business days in the United States once it has been dropped off at the post office. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once I have handed over your package to the post office, I am no longer responsible for your package. Im NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for more information regarding your package or to file a claim.

All US orders up to $100 USD are automatically insured. Please purchase extra insurance on orders over $100 USD.

Missing/Damaged Items:

If your package arrives with missing items or your items are damaged, please email me via within 14 days with your order number and pictures of the damaged item. Depending on my available stock, I will resend out your order again or refund you. I can not guarantee I will be able to replace the item if you decide to email me past the 14 day deadline.
